We are doing our best to provide all of the materials you will ever need in our “help wiki”, and we are hoping you will use this area to post your own helpful hints for other users, but there may be a time when you really need to reach someone directly. We’ll do our best to be responsive. We can’t afford a huge call center – yet – so we’ll start with an email that is dedicated to solving issues that you can’t seem to resolve using our self-help content or from another user’s suggestion.

Email us at help@actseed.com.

In your email, please include:

  1. Your ActSeed username
  2. Your email that you use for your ActSeed account
  3. Your full name (so we can be polite when responding!)
  4. Your operating system and browser (types and versions)
  5. If you are having a problem within the ActSeed system, please copy and paste the URL of the screen where the problem resides, and finally
  6. Please provide a description of your issue.

It doesn’t hurt to also include your phone number. If we can call you and resolve the issue faster that way, we’ll surely try that if you don’t mind giving us your number. Of course, we’ll never use that number for anything but resolving your issue and we’ll NEVER share it with third parties (we severly dislike spam as much as you do!).
